What content is in the current demo?
The demo lets you play all of Act 1! About 35 minutes of puzzles, fully voiced scenes, and the first big story twist. It’s live on Steam, go play it!
Who’s making this?
I’m Pablo Morales (aka Sandpenguin), a Spanish game designer now based in Oxford and currently a Senior UX Designer at King. Broken Relic’s design, code, art, and writing are done by me, except of course voice acting (and the key-art illustration).
Will there be other languages and voice-overs?
The demo ships in English with full voice acting. I really really really want to translate the game in as many languages as possible, that’s the main reason I’m running a Kickstarter!
When will the full game launch?
I’m aiming for 2026 but I don’t want to make any promises until I have more of the game done.
